Biscayne Expedition - A resource-based camping program that instills an understanding and appreciation for the natural world. Students will set up their own tents on Elliott Key, help make meals, do camp chores, and be without their phones for entire days! Students are immersed in an outdoor learning environment that cannot be duplicated in the indoor classroom.

Co-led by the teacher and park staff, activities can include plankton lab, seining, fishing, paddling, bird watching, astronomy, and botany. Teachers are responsible for mealtimes, overnight supervision, and leading some activities. Ranger led programs will make up a majority of the days including one morning and night program.
