We know planning a field trip takes time and effort and want to make the process as easy as possible.
First, please review our program options; choose between day (Biscayne Explorer and Biscayne Voyager), overnight (Biscayne Expedition), virtual (Biscayne Discovery), or Ranger In Your Classroom programs.

Most day programs take place on the Dante Fascell Visitor Center grounds at Convoy Point in Homestead. The facility includes a boardwalk for wildlife viewing, picnic tables, and bathroom facilities. The visitor center has a classroom, auditorium to watch park films, a museum, touch tables and rotating art exhibits.

Once you select a program, please fill out our program registration form. For assistance in determining the most appropriate field trip, call (786)335-3690 or send an e-mail. Programs may be combined and adjusted to fit your needs and time restraints.

When planning field trips please remember to check the weather and prepare students appropriately. Snacks and drinks are available at the park gift shop, but limited. It is recommended that school groups bring their own lunch and refillable water bottles.
