Classification of all proposals will be determined by NPS staff. The combination of conditions and the prospective venue will be considered when determining this classification.

Involves fewer than 100 people.
Does not involve set up or equipment.
Does not require supervision by park staff.

Involves 100 - 500 people.
Requires set up of equipment (stage, audio amplification, tables, chairs).
Event or set-up requires supervision by park staff.
Does not involve food services.

Involves more than 500 people.
Requires substantial set up of equipment that may require a pre-event site visit and review by park staff.
Requires supervision of event by park staff.
May or may not include the use of food services.
