    Valley Forge National Historical Park has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to lease and operate the Philander Chase Knox House as an Event Venue. This RFP seeks offers for a successor lease that will begin no earlier than May 1, 2026.

    Golden Gate National Recreation Area has selected Gaetani Real Estate for award of a residential master lease within the Park. The lease continues the property management of 39 residential units located at Fort Mason, Fort Barry, and Point Bonita within the Park.

    The National Park Service (NPS) will begin negotiations with East Potomac Racquet Sports Partners (EPR) to operate the East Potomac Tennis Center in Washington, D.C., under a long-term lease.

    Acadia National Park is seeking to lease units fully or partially furnished with full kitchens, bathroom(s), and living/dining space to house between three and ten employees. Each employee would be allotted their own bedroom in the leased space. More than one lease may be negotiated from this announcement to meet the total need.

    Gettysburg National Military Park is pleased to announce the availability of four historic structures on the battlefield for lease for the purpose of short-term vacation rentals (AirBNB/VRBO style).

    The National Park Service has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a 10-year residential master lease for the management of 39 residential units located within Golden Gate National Recreation Area.  Proposals must meet the terms described in the RFP and be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Daylight Time) on May 12, 2023. Proposals must be received by the deadline in order to be evaluated and considered for award of a lease.

    Manassas National Battlefield Park plans to lease 13 agricultural properties in Prince William County. The application process opens today, Dec. 28, 2020 and applications must be received by Feb. 15, 2021. Manassas National Battlefield Park maintains more than 1,300 acres of agricultural land to preserve historic agricultural landscapes and viewsheds. In an effort to preserve the agricultural nature of the historic landscape, the park manages these lands through a leasing program for this historic property with local agricultural operators.

    The National Park Service, Interior Regions 8, 9, 10, and 12 announced today it has selected the top four respondents to the Request for Qualifications issued on August 13, 2019 for the food and beverage operations at the Lands End Restaurant Properties. The selected respondents will be invited to respond to the Request for Proposals, which is the next phase of the selection process.

    Open House Scheduled for Historic McGlashan-Nickerson Building

    In October 2019, the National Park Service (NPS) began soliciting proposals to lease the historic McGlashan-Nickerson House located at Saint Croix Island International Historic Site. The lease would last for up to 60 years in exchange for preservation efforts to restore and maintain the house. In support of this effort, the Park Service is hosting an open house on August 6 to allow interested individuals the chance to walk through the entire building, upper and lower barn areas, and grounds. Period architectural features will be pointed out. Questions asked will be recorded and answers shared online for all interested parties.
