Request for Qualifications

The purpose of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select a “short list” of potential offerors that meet minimum management, financial and other qualifications necessary for submission of a proposal in response to an RFP.

If an RFQ is issued only persons determined as qualified under the terms of the RFQ shall be eligible to submit a proposal under the related RFP.

    The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a lease of approximately 74 acres adjacent to Caneel Bay within Virgin Islands National Park. The best qualified offerors responding to this RFQ will be asked to submit a development proposal under a subsequent Request for Proposals that is expected to be issued in the summer of 2025.
