SAN FRANCISCO—The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a 10-year residential master lease for the management of 39 residential units located within Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA).
Proposals must meet the terms described in the RFP and be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Daylight Time) on May 12, 2023. Proposals must be received by the deadline in order to be evaluated and considered for award of a lease.
The RFP is available on the park website at www.nps.gov/goga/getinvolved/dobusinesswithus.htm and on the Sam.gov website at https://beta.SAM.gov. There is no cost to download the documents from this website. Please notify Mark Juretschke via email at e-mail us if you wish to be placed on the mailing list to receive notifications of any future modifications or other correspondence.
