Washington, DC 20019 DrivingFrom the Baltimore-Washington Parkway/295:Southbound: Exit onto Eastern Ave/Aquatic Gardens. Keep straight at the light onto Kenilworth Ave. Turn right onto Quarles St NE. Turn Left onto Anacostia Ave NE. Park entrance is on the right. By MetroOrange Line: Exit at the Deanwood Station. Use the lower Polk Street exit. Walk to the end of Polk St. and then take the pedestrian overpass over Kenilworth Avenue/295 and then take a left on Douglas St. Go to the end of Douglas St. and then take a right on Anacostia Ave. and the park will be on your left. Visit WMATA for Metro times and schedules. By BikeThere is an entrance to the park off of the Anacostia River Trail. From the river trail, there is a .25 mile-long connecting trail to the park entrance. There are bike racks available to secure your bike while you walk the aquatic garden trails at the park. For more information and resources go to: Canoe/KayakYou are welcome to paddle to the park. To reach Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens from the Anacostia River, paddle under the footbridge into Kenilworth Marsh. Be mindful of the tides! The marsh loses 90% of its water at low tide. Kenilworth Park Athletic Fields4000 Deane Ave, NE, Washington, DC 20019The Kenilworth Athletic Fields are 0.5 miles south of the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens entrance on Anacostia Road.
