Service animals are allowed in national parks. See the Americans with Disability Act’s (ADA) definition of a service animal for more help. For the safety and well-being of your service animal, please keep in mind: Rules All animals in Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens must be kept on a leash at all times, including service animals. Water A water fountain and water bowl are provided for your convenience to the right of the restrooms at The Visitor Center. Weather and Site Conditions Trails and pathways may become uneven or flooded in the event of inclement weather. Trails, pathways, and walkways may become snowy or icy in winter weather conditions. Animal Waste Animal waste should always be collected immediately by the animal’s handler and disposed of in one of the many trash receptacles within the park. Wildlife Visitors must be aware of wildlife that may interact with service animals while in the park. This can include wildlife crossing the trails and picnic areas. Do not interact with wildlife, and please maintain a respectful attitude towards the natural flora and fauna in the park. This is their home! |
