Upcoming Live Dives at the USS Arizona
Join Pearl Harbor National Memorial Dive Officer, Scott Pawlowski, along with the National Park Service Submerged Resources Center, for our scheduled live dives at the USS Arizona. Experience these dives in real time by watching the live feed in our theater. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions during the dive and engage directly with the dive team. December 2018: During the week of the 77th commemoration events, our divers provided a live underwater tour of the USS Arizona wreckage, sharing insights and historical context in real time.

December 2015: This dive revealed new shipboard locations previously unseen by the public. The goal was to immerse viewers in the current state of the wreck, illustrate life aboard the vessel during both war and peace, and showcase the advanced science involved in managing this sacred site.

October 2015: Scott Pawlowski dived to the USS Arizona to discuss the impacts of the Pearl Harbor attack on the ship, as well as the ongoing science and conservation efforts. This dive was broadcast live, viewable both in our visitor center theater and online via Adobe Connect.

April 2015: The ParkEDU team hosted a special live broadcast where Scott provided a guided tour of the USS Arizona as it lies today at the bottom of Pearl Harbor. The live viewers participated by submitting questions to the dive team, which were answered live.
