NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. – U.S. Park Rangers of Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument and Special Agents with the National Park Service Investigative Services Branch (ISB) are investigating recent vandalism within the monument.On the afternoon of January 16, 2023, an adult male vandalized government property in Tule Springs Fossil Beds, which preserves Ice Age fossils along with other sensitive plants and animals. Vandalism of government property is costly to repair, degrades the experience of other visitors, and is also illegal.

Investigators are seeking the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in this case.
