Despite its name, Death Valley National Park is filled with life and extraordinary human experiences. Death Valley is a robust outdoor classroom to see real-life examples of concepts and processes that students are learning in school.

Ranger Guided Field Trips
Available in multiple locations in the park, ranger guided field trips provide hands-on experiences with topics such as geology and animal adaptations. Field trips promote inquiry and critical thinking with experiences that will enhance classroom learning. Typically, these programs are 4-5 hours long.
