No entrance pass required

An entrance pass is not required to access Mojave National Preserve.

Other National Park Service sites may require an entrance pass or fee. Depending on your trip plans, an interagency pass may save you money.

Mojave National Preserve does not charge entrance fees. Campground fees: $12/night at Hole-in-the-Wall and Mid Hills Campground (first come, first served) $25/night at Black Canyon and Equestrian Group Sites (reservations required) Visit go.nps.gov/MojaveCGFees for campsite payment options.

2024 Free Entrance Days in the National Parks

Come experience the national parks! All National Park Service sites that charge an entrance fee will offer free admission to everyone (other fees, including timed entry or reservation fees, may apply). Mark your calendar for these entrance fee-free dates:

Campground fees can be paid online at via Pay.gov. Public wifi is available 24/7 at the Hole-in-the-Wall information Center, 1/2 mile south of Hole-in-the-Wall Campground.

Hole-in-the-Wall and Mid Hills campgrounds are first come, first served. Please note: Payment of fees ahead of your arrival does not reserve or guarantee a site.

Black Canyon Group and Equestrian sites are available for groups by reservation only. Please complete the Black Canyon Group and Equestrian Campsite Request Form to request dates.

Purchase a Park Pass

Passes are available for purchase in person at nearby locations including BLM Field Office - Barstow, Death Valley National Park, Joshua Tree National Park, and Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Passes can also be purchased online from the USGS store.
