Join us for ranger's choice! Rangers present what they're most passionate about in the park. We post topics the morning of the talk at the visitor center. Check if the day's topic is
Gold Rush 101, archeology, wildlife, or something else! Please note that we no longer offer any ranger-led walking tours.

  • Early May to late September.
  • Daily 25-minute-long Ranger Talks offered daily at 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m., and 3 p.m.
  • Wheelchair and stroller accessible, service animals welcome.
  • Free, no tickets needed.
