Fort Moultrie is located on Sullivan’s Island near Charleston, SC. Fort Sumter is located on a small island in the mouth to Charleston Harbor and can only be accessed by boat.

 

American Sign Language

If you want to attend a ranger program and need an ASL interpreter, please contact the park at least 3 weeks in advance. To see a list of current ranger programs, please visit our Calendar page. Requests for ASL interpreters can be made by email.

Assistive Listening

Assistive listening devices are available for the park movie that plays at the Fort Moultrie Visitor Center. Assistive listening is not available for park programs.
