Fort Moultrie is located on Sullivan’s Island near Charleston, SC. Fort Sumter is located on a small island in the mouth to Charleston Harbor and can only be accessed by boat.

Cell Service

Cell service is spotty within the fort and park buildings, but otherwise okay.
