Park Partners

Eleanor Roosevelt National Historic Site partners with several different organizations in order to provide programs, services, and experiences that support our work and enable our visitors to learn about Eleanor Roosevelt and Val-Kill. The park strives to nurture, extend and perfect its collaborations in order to enhance visitor opportunities.

The Eleanor Roosevelt Center at Val-Kill

The Eleanor Roosevelt Center at Val-Kill (ERVK) is a private not-for-profit organization established following the site’s authorizing legislation to conduct programs that perpetuate Eleanor Roosevelt’s interests and concerns. Located on the property at Val-Kill, ERVK is changing the thoughts and actions of our time by developing transformational leaders empowered to shape their life and the lives of others. ERVK inspires a generation to lead through mind and heart, to understand their rights and the rights of others, to use their voice for determined action, and to live to the maximum of one’s abilities and opportunities. Visit the Eleanor Roosevelt Center at Val-Kill website for more information about activities, programs and volunteer opportunities.
