Junior Ranger Programs

From May to early September, the monument offers a Junior Ranger program every Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the visitor center.

Programs are designed to allow children of all ages to explore the cultural and natural history of Timpanogos Cave National Monument, as well as complete requirements to become a Junior Ranger. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy these programs; anyone is welcome to attend.

Junior Ranger Books and Badges

Junior Ranger books can be picked up at the Visitor Center or downloaded at home before your visit!

We often have multiple other Junior Ranger books in stock, ask a ranger what books are available for you to complete when you visit! We most commonly carry:

  • Junior Ranger Angler

  • Junior Ranger Night Explorers

  • Junior Cave Scientist

*Any books that are emailed to the park will be sent a digital badge in return. In order to receive a physical Junior Ranger badge, the book must be checked in person by a ranger.
