General Distribution: This species can be found in ponds and streams and has been sighted at Mountain Lake. Frequency: The Bullfrog is uncommon within the Presidio. Identifying Characteristics: This is a large frog (9 - 20 cm). It has an olive, green, or brown body with dark bands on its legs. Its underside is a white-gray. It has a conspicuous eardrum with a fold of skin above. |
