Sunset Talks by park rangers usually take place in the amphitheater near the watchtower. Enjoy a program with a beautiful sunset backdrop. The talks start an hour before Sunset, and end with enough time to take pictures and enjoy the view. Topics vary.
Grand Canyon Speaks is an interview styled program providing opportunities for members of the 11 traditionally associated tribes to talk with Park Rangers and share their lived experiences through storytelling, presentations, singing, and hands-on learning. Cultural Performances will be hosted monthly at Desert View Ampitheater. Performances include tribal members sharing their rich history through storytelling, dance, music, and other great performances.

Visit Desert View Watchtower during spring, summer and fall, to chat with, watch, and learn, from tribal artists as they share their arts and culture.

During the winter months, demonstrations take place at the Visitor Center in Grand Canyon Village.
