ReservationsTo request an educational experience, please contact us via email to request an Educational Experiences Request Form. Reservations cannot be made over the phone. If you have questions, call us at 202-895-6070. We are available Wednesday from 10:30 am to 5 pm and Thursday through Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm. If we don't pick up, leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, and email address and we will get back to you as soon as possible.Educational Experiences Our curriculum-based programs are free but must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Please keep in mind that Rock Creek Park Nature Center is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Bring your students to Rock Creek Park and a park ranger will conduct an on-site field trip. On-site field trips are offered on Thursdays and Fridays. For more information on our program offerings, visit our On-Site Field Trips page.
Can't make it to the park? That's ok - a ranger will come to you! A park ranger will visit your classroom and provide an interactive program for your class. Outreach programs are available on Wednesdays and Fridays to schools located within Washington, D.C. and schools located within a 10-mile radius of the park. Not located in the National Capital area? That's ok! We can come to your classroom via a virtual meeting and present a program of your choice to your class. Virtual Field Trips are offered on Wednesdays and Fridays. Visit our Virtual Field Trip page for more information.
