Point Reyes National Seashore partnered with the Bolinas Museum and other organizations to celebrate the 100th year anniversary of Bolinas and Marshall Marconi/RCA wireless radio stations in 2014. These two technology giants of their era had a significant impact on West Marin.

Park and museum staff desired to know what stories, information, objects, photos, documents, or other things of interest relating to this history was available from the community. Those wishing to share these resources with the park and the public were invited to meet with the Bolinas Museum's History Curator Elia Haworth on November 3, 2013, and/or with Point Reyes National Seashore Archivist Carola DeRooy on November 5, 2013.

If you have information or artifacts and could not meet with us either of these dates, please contact:

  • the Bolinas Museum at 415-868-0330 or by email, or
