Mount Rainier National Park is not currently offering any ranger-led field trips. See below if you are interested in a teacher-led trip or a program with our park partner, Mount Rainier Institute.

 

Mount Rainier Institute

If you are interested in an instructor-guided trip to the park or nearby Pack Forest in Eatonville, WA, please visit the Mount Rainier Institute to learn more about their program offerings. Mount Rainier Institute is a program of University of Washington and offers day-long and residential environmental education programs in and near Mount Rainier.

 

Teacher-Guided Field Trips

Teachers may bring students to the park for field trips any time. For free entrance to the park, a representative from the school will need to fill out and email in the Education Fee Waiver Form. Fee waivers must be applied for at least one month prior to your planned visit. Complete an Education Fee Waiver application and email to mora_fee_waiver@nps.gov. Applications accepted by email ONLY; no fax or mail-in applications
