Known as the "Little House," this cabin housed the ranch manager. Like the Bond Cabin, cooking was primarily done outdoors until the Dunigan family remodeled in the 1980s. In both cabins, the additions can be easily recognized because they used vertical board/batten framing instead of horizontal logs. This cabin had continual ranch management use from 1918 up until the early 2000s. It was featured in the show Longmire.

Built in 1918 and known as the "Big House," it served as a seasonal home for the Bond family and functioned as the official ranch headquarters. The living room fireplace and wood-burning stove heated the building, and the cooking was done mostly outdoors. An outhouse was used until the Dunigan family remodeled in the 1980s.

On July 16, 1945, Manhattan Project scientists detonated the world’s first atomic device, known as “the Gadget,” at 5:29 am Mountain War Time. The US Army conducted the test at the Trinity Site in the Jornada del Muerto desert about 210 miles (337 km) south of Los Alamos, New Mexico. Today the Trinity Site is part of the White Sands Missile Range and can only be visited during a Trinity Site Open House, typically hosted twice a year.

This large, one-and-a-half-story, shingle-style house was constructed in 1895 or 1896 for Mrs. William Shepard and her daughter Katherine, who was popularly known on the island as "Miss Katie." The house was allegedly designed in the style of the Shepards' residence in New Orleans. A detached kitchen and dining room was located behind the house. After the Cottage Row dining room closed around 1900, Katie Shepard converted her cottage into a summer hotel.

It was constructed in 1870 and used as a jail until the early 1990's. Here, at an overflow meeting on December 16, 1773, the Boston Tea Party began. Saved from destruction in 1876, in the first successful historic preservation effort in New England, the building is now an active meeting place, a haven for free speech, and a museum exhibit, “Voices of Protest.”

The Mead Cultural Education Center, located in Yankton, South Dakota, was constructed in 1909 by Dr. Leonard C. Mead. Originally serving as part of the women’s ward for the Dakota Hospital for the Insane, the building was in use until the 1980s. Today, however, it houses the Dakota Territorial Museum and is upkept by the Yankton County Historical Society.
