Whether you're in modern clothes or dressed in 1815-era fashion, commercial photography may require a permit from the park.

Special rules cover filming, still photography, and breaking news coverage. All permit applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will not normally be issued for areas or periods of high visitation. The National Park Service Filming Application is available here.
