Join Ranger Sarah and her fellow rangers in this engaging journey through Grand Canyon National Park, where we uncover the geological wonders and cultural significance of this breathtaking landscape! From the South Rim to the North Rim and the depths of the canyon, discover how the canyon was formed and how it continues to change.

Students have the opportunity to learn about universal geological concepts and rock layers through exploring evidence of changes over geologic time through the fossil record. Program is intended for 3rd through 7th grade and is hosted by Grand Canyon Park Rangers via Distance Learning.

Canyon Connections program explores the relationship between living (biotic) and nonliving (abiotic) in three Grand Canyon ecosystems. Participants will be asked to make observations as they investigate interactions between living and non-living and understand how these interactions shape adaptations for survival. Program is given by Grand Canyon Park Rangers via Distance Learning and is intended for 5th through 8th grade.

Condor's Flight presents the story of the endangered California condor. Students will learn about the ecological principles of adaptation and survival and consider the role society plays in conservation efforts. Program is lead by Grand Canyon Park Rangers via Distance Learning and is intended for 3rd - 7th grade.
