General Grant National Memorial is located in Riverside Park, on the upper west-side of Manhattan.
The entrance to the mausoleum is between north-bound and south-bound Riverside Drive, near the intersection of West 122nd Street. The visitor center is located to the west, across south-bound Riverside Drive.
Street parking is available but can be very hard to find. The area is well-served with both bus and subway, by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of New York (http://www.mta.info/).

General Grant National Memorial does not charge an entrance fee. The Memorial does not issue or sell any Federal Agency Passes at the site. Visit the America the Beautiful Passes Program for a list of sites where passes are sold, including online options.

This site is fee-free year-round. No entrance fee or pass is required.
The overlook pavilion and visitor center is located west of the mausoleum along the southbound side of Riverside Drive. The overlook provides seasonal views of the Hudson River. Stairs and ADA accessible ramps lead down below the overlook to the visitor center entrance. The visitor center features restrooms, a bookstore, and exhibits. A 22-minute film about Ulysses S. Grant is also available.
Located west of the mausoleum across the southbound lane of Riverside Drive, the visitor center provides a bookstore/gift shop, information desk staffed by a park ranger, interpretive exhibits and a 22-minute park film about Ulysses S. Grant and the mausoleum. The overlook pavilion offers a view of the surrounding Riverside Park and the Hudson River. The structure was originally a comfort station built in 1910 and was renovated to become the visitor center in 2011.
