Permits are required for group campgrounds, community garden plots, archery, fishing area parking and picnicking. Call (718) 758-3675 for further information. There is currently a three week processing time for photography and special use permits. Fishing permits and archery permits can be purchased online through www.recreation.gov through April 30, 2022. Please note that we do not issue photography, filming, or large scale special use permits at Floyd Bennett Field, Jacob Riis Park, or Fort Tilden between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Archery permits Archery permits are for use at the Floyd Bennett Field Archery Range. 2023 permits will go on sale online only through recreation.gov at 10 am on March 1.
