Accessible Nature Trails: There is an accessible nature trails at the Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge.
Beach Wheelchairs: Available at Riis Park and Sandy Hook. Ask a ranger or volunteer for information on using a beach wheelchair in these areas.
Fishing Piers: Canarsie Pier is accessible.
Indoor Exhibit Areas: All visitor centers and other indoor exhibit areas are wheelchair accessible.
Other Facilities & Parking: There is accessible parking located at all facilities and beach access points. All restrooms and picnic pavilions are accessible.
Limited Access: Due to their historic nature, access is limited to the Sandy Hook lighthouse, historic forts and batteries.
