Contrary to the information supplied in the RFEI Recap Presentation prepared for the Advisory Committee Meeting on January 10, 2014, Strut & Fret Inc. is a New York not-for-profit 501(c)(3) cultural organization founded in 1979 and incorporated in the state of New York, which operates from its registered office in New York City. Its website is www.strutfret.org.
It is not, as the Presentation states, "An independent theatre company based in Australia." The erroneous description and the link included in the Recap Presentation refer to an unrelated Austrailian company with a similar name which may have turned up in a web search during review.
