About the Historic Hangar at Pearson Air MuseumPearson Air Museum's Historic Hangar was built in 1921, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Around 1924, it was moved to its current location by the Army Air Service. Today, the Historic Hangar is located adjacent to Pearson Air Museum, a part of Fort Vancouver National Historic Site. The Historic Hangar is accessible through Pearson Air Museum. It also has large barn-style doors which open this space to the outdoors for indoor-outdoor events. The Historic Hangar at Pearson Air Museum provides an excellent venue for weddings, luncheons, parties and other larger events, and celebrations of life. Venue-Specific Information 1115 E. The Historic Hangar can accommodate different attendee capacities based on how the space is used. For events with theater style seating, this venue can accommodate 400 attendees. For events with banquet style seating, this venue can accommodate 300 attendees. For events that include the grounds surrounding the Historic Hangar, this event can accommodate 500 attendees.
The venue is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Accessible restrooms are available. The hangar includes an accessible restroom, access to electricity, tables, and chairs. Pearson Air Museum has 42 parking spaces available for use in the main parking area. Parking on designated public parking areas of Fifth Street is available as well; however street parking may also be used by the public and cannot be guaranteed. No parking is permitted on any grassy area adjacent to the Pearson Air Museum.

Application FeeA $100 application processing fee is due with the application. This fee is non-refundable and may be paid by credit card, cashier's check, or check (made payable to National Park Service) only.Short-Term Leasing RatesWeekends and Holidays:(Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holiday): $325 per hour. Minimum rental time 4 hours. Set up and removal time also charged.Weekdays:(Monday-Thursday; Excludes Holidays) $120 per daytime hour between 7 am and 5 pm. $200 per evening hour between 5 pm and 11 pm. Management CostsManagement costs are incurred by the park through expanding park hours of operation, monitoring, supporting, cleaning up, or restoring a resource after event use.
