Teachers are encouraged to bring students of any age to the Robert J. Lagomarsino Visitor Center in Ventura to learn about the Channel Islands. Visits are free of charge, but reservations are required and should be made at least three weeks in advance. LogisticsGroup sizeSpaces and activities work best for groups of up to 48 students. Groups of more than 20 students will be divided into smaller groups to rotate through activities. One adult chaperone is required for every eight students.
