Cabrillo National Monument Policies

Cabrillo National Monument is a smoke-free park, prohibiting smoking, including tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and vaping, in all areas.

Since November 2010, the park has been "trash-free," with the removal of 95% of garbage cans and recycling bins. Visitors are encouraged to pack out whatever they bring in to help maintain the park's cleanliness.

Smoke-Free Policy
