We usually reply to emails within one week. If you need information sooner, call us from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Time (closed for lunch) at 209/372-0200; press 3 then 5. If the ranger is not available, you'll be returned to the phone tree's main menu.

If you are asking for us to mail information to you, we may not reply to your email. You should receive items in the mail within a few weeks.
