Dear National Park Permittee:
Virgin Islands National Park is pleased to continue its Commercial Use Authorization (CUA) permit program for calendar year 2024. In the below links you will find the 2024 CUA application, that once completed and approved will authorize use of Park (lands and/or waters) for commercial services. It is important for you to list on your application the specific Park areas where you are seeking approval for commercial use.
The CUA application outlines the required documentation and fee schedules for Park approved commercial activities. If you operate more than one vessel or conduct more than one type of commercial activity, separate fees apply for each activity and vessel. The completed application and requested documentation can be returned by mail or hand delivered to the Commercial Services Office or emailed to e-mail us.
As in previous years, the CUA applications will be processed in the order received, however, only applications with all the required documentation (signed Attachment A, copies of the all the requested documents, permit fees, and the 2021 CUA Annual Report Form 10-660) will be issued a permit to operate in the park.
