There are a large variety of activities visitors can enjoy at Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River, however commercial business as well as certain activities will require special permits while done on National Park lands and waterways.

Commercial Business

Private businesses play an important role in helping the National Park Service accomplish its mission by offering services to visitors that are not provided directly by the government. Currently over fifty commercial entities are authorized to conduct business within the park boundaries. If you are interested in doing commercial business in the park, please refer to the Commercial Use Authorizations page.
