The Tupelo National Battlefield was established in February of 1929 with the intention of preserving 1 acre in commemoration of the battle. While there are not many monuments at the site you can follow the list below to see many of the places with connections to the Battle of Tupelo also known as the Battle of Harrisburg.
The Brices Cross Roads Battlefield Commission has a roughly 8 mile driving tour of the battlefield area. Maps of the Driving Tour can be picked up at the Mississippi Final Stands Interpretive Center. See Brices Cross Roads National Battlefield Site for additional information.
