Timpanogos Cave is proud to serve the community by offering credentialing appointments.

Where are you located?

Yes, we are located up American Fork Canyon in the National Monument. We are on the North side of the river across from the Visitor center.

What days are available for appointments?

Currently we only run appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10-2 Mountain time. Appointments can be made at Federal credentialing services | GSA

What type of appointments do you run?

We have enrollment which is a 30-minute appointment where we check 2 valid forms of ID, take a photo, and do your fingerprints. Types of accepted IDs can be found here: Federal credentialing services | GSA

Pickup/Activation which is a 15-minute appointment where you pick up a new credential and/ or activate a new credential brought with you.

Update which is a 15-minute appointment where we update any credentials on the card or unlock a locked card.

Maps says the road is closed is your location still open?

Yes, during the winter the Timpanogos highway or SR-92 closes for the season at Pine Hollow which is above the monument. Unless there is specific weather or other concerns, we are still accessible year-round.

Maps say the National Monument is closed is this location still open?

Yes, Although the National monument is closed for the season our office that does the credentialling appointments remains open unless otherwise noted. We are closed for federal holidays. Due to the nature of being up American Fork canyon we are occasionally closed due to weather and snow concerns if this happens, we will reach out to applicants informing them day of or as far in advance as possible to reschedule.
