2024 Commercial Use Authorization application period opening at Theodore Roosevelt National Park
MEDORA, N.D. – Theodore Roosevelt National Park will initiate a new online application process for the 2024 commercial operating season beginning February 1, 2024, until March 1, 2024. The park will be accepting online permit applications for the following use types.

CUAs are a required permitting tool to allow businesses to be conducted within a national park. A limited number of permits will be issued to highly qualified applicants based on their relevant experience and operating history as well as their ability to provide for visitor safety while protecting park resources.
The National Park Service is initiating an online system for the 2024 Commercial Use Authorization (CUA) applicants, by the 2025 CUA season, all National Parks will be using the system. Theodore Roosevelt National Park has opted to participate in the initial system roll-out for the 2024 CUA season and will begin accepting CUA applications through the online system starting on February 1.
Applications will be accepted until March 1, 2024.
