Visit the White Haven Estate

Get up close inside White Haven House. Move through the winter kitchen, Grant family living areas, the Summer Kitchen, and many other places full of historic artifacts from the 1850s. Discover the impact the area had on Grant and his family as you experience life where they once worked, lived, and played.
White Haven is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

There is an accessible entrance into White Haven on the eastern side of the home, roughly 100 yards from the Visitor Center. All but one room on the main floor of the house is wheelchair accessible.

The historic Winter Kitchen in the basement of the house can only be accessed by stairs. Park staff can provide a binder with photographs and interpretive text from the winter kitchen upon request.

All outbuildings are accessible.

A short film presentation in the historic dining room has closed captions and features an induction loop for visitors with T-coil enabled hearing aids.
