Stop by the Memorial Visitor Center

Start Your Experience at the Visitor Center
The Memorial Visitor Center is your entrance into the visitor experience at Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial. Park staff and volunteers will be located at the front desk to greet and orient you to the park. The site's orientation film, Forging Greatness; Lincoln in Indiana, is shown in the theater every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of each hour. Children interested in earning their Junior Ranger Badge can learn about more the program and pick up an activity book. Temporary exhibits on Lincoln's life are also displayed in the Visitor Center on an occassional basis. Restroom facilities and drinking fountains are located near the front desk and near the Nancy Hanks Lincoln Hall. While exploring the Memorial Visitor Center, pick up a brochure with the park map.
Bookstore
Books, educational materials, passport books, and other gifts are available for purchase inside the Visitor Center. The bookstore inventory is managed America's National Parks.
Museum
Visit the park museum, Lincoln In Indiana, to learn about Abraham Lincoln's family, boyhood, and frontier life in Indiana.
Memorial Halls
Two Memorial Halls, the Abraham Lincoln Hall and Nancy Hanks Lincoln Hall, are located on either end of the building.
