Historic Trees at White Haven

Enjoy a self-guided tour of historic trees that reside all around White Haven. The park contains several hundred trees including a great Black Oak planted around 1829 and many rare trees to Missouri such as the Gingko and Dawn Redwood trees. Let a sense of calmness wash over you as you rest in the shade of the trees and dream about your life.
A formal, self-guided tour of unique trees on the park grounds is now available on the NPS App. Search for Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site on the app and then click on "Self-Guided Tours" to access the tree tour. A dedicated page about the tree tour is also accessible on the park's website.
