What do Rangers Do? is a program geared towards 3rd grade students meeting civics standards. This one hour program is interactive and involves students dressing up and acting out the many ranger jobs in preparation for Junior Ranger Day. Junior Ranger Day must be scheduled seperately, and allows the students to re-enact the jobs of Acadia rangers. This two part program introduces students to the goal of the National Park Service and the role park rangers play in our communities.
