Who came before you? How about before them? Who was here over 12,000 years ago? And why did they make these incredible mounds found along the Parkway?
This 45-minute program allows students the opportunity to learn about the people who called the Natchez Trace home for over 12,000 years. From the Paleo-Indian period, through the Trail of Tears, to today, this program covers a wide time range, and introduces students to many of the different cultural customs and historic events that took place along the regions surrounding the Natchez Trace.
