National Mall and Memorial Parks (VEIA Privilege Percentage Agreement - Food and Beverage, Retail)

Managing Commercial Visitor Services at National Mall and Memorial Parks through the Visitor Experience Improvements Authority (“VEIA”)

The National Park Service issued a Request For Proposals (RFP) from qualified entities to operate certain premises and provide food and beverage and retail visitors services within National Mall and Memorial Parks through one (1) privilege percentage agreement pursuant to the Visitor Experience Improvements Authority (“VEIA”), as provided under Title VII of the National Park Service Centennial Act (Centennial Act), Pub. Law No. 114-289 and 36 C.F.R. part 52 published in the Federal Register on January 17, 2025 and effect March 21, 2025.

The Draft Agreement requires the operator to provide the following commercial visitor services:

  • Food and Beverage
  • Retail
