Swan Creek picnic area is at the Meriwether Lewis Site. To find the picnic area, drive down the road past the campground.
There are three sections for picnicking. One secluded spot with three tables, two grills, and two garbage cans. One wooded area in the island near the parking area, and one large picnic area near the creek with five tables, six grills, and five garbage cans. There are two additional garbage cans at the parking lot. There is a restroom facility with an exterior garbage can as well. There is trail access in both directions.
