National Park Service Parashant Map The NPS map shows the primary roads in the monument, but not secondary roads. Download the NPS Parashant map. Please note the NPS map above has one minor error. The BLM113 road from Whitney Pockets (Nevada) to the junction with BLM111 (in Arizona within the monument) is gravel, not paved. However, it is usually very well maintained to the state line. Once in the monument, the road becomes a high clearance 4x4 road on sand down the Grand Wash.
