Many of the landscape paintings and portraits in the art collection at Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park have been loaned, singly or collectively, to temporary exhibits. Paintings in the collection have also been illustrated or referenced in several monographs and exhibition catalogs. The temporary loan exhibitions and host institutions have included:
