Virtual ProgramsThe Puzzle of the PastGrades: 4th, 5th, & 6th With the help of a ranger students will explore the different ways we can learn about the past, from making our own observations to listening to stories passed down through the generations, to make the history of Mesa Verde come alive. A Ranger Introduction to Mesa VerdeAll Ages Mesa Verde National Park preserves the history of the Ancestral Pueblo people. With over six hundred cliff dwellings and nearly five thousand archaeological sites in total, Mesa Verde provides visitors with an exceptional window into the past. In this program learners of all ages will delve into the unique history of the park and learn how they can become stewards of this special place. Field Trip Pre-visit ProgramAll Ages This virtual program is only offered to groups signed up for an in-park field trip experience. In this program students will learn about the National Park Service and how they can become stewards of these special places. National Park Service CareersHigh School and College Join a park ranger from Mesa Verde National Park to learn about the mission of the National Park Service and the many career opporunities in parks.
