Los Alamos: Have Fun with the Family

In Los Alamos,  the whole family can learn about the Manhattan Project together. Enjoy hands-on activities at different museums and learning centers. Stop by the park visitor center to pick up a junior ranger book, watch scientific demonstrations, and chat with park rangers.

Don’t forget to go hiking and take in the views. Many of the scientists and families who lived in Los Alamos took advantage of the surrounding recreational opportunities. The community continues this tradition today and so can you!
