Self-Guided Junior Ranger

Grab a Junior Ranger Book or Junior Ranger Explorer Worksheet at the Carriage Barn Visitor Center (or at the Billings Farm Kiosk on Tuesda and Wednesdays) to get started on your self-guided journey on the Junior Ranger loop. The Junior Ranger loop can also be found as a self-guided tour on the NPS App.

After you complete the book, come back to the Carriage Barn Visitor Center to take the oath earn your badge.

Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park Junior Ranger badges are created with sustainably harvested wood from the Mount Tom Forest, right here in the park!

Join park staff on a 30 minute guided adventure! Learn about birds, gardens, and more! At the end of the adventure, take the pledge and earn your Junior Ranger badge! Program topics and times may vary.

Program times vary. Stop by the Carriage Barn Visitor Center or Billings Farm Kiosk to ask about daily offerings.
